Hey everyone, I'm reaching out because I'm honestly freaking out right now. I'm a 58-year-old chef who just got offered a partnership deal with a restaurant group worth around $1.1-1.2 million. This is absolutely life-changing money for someone like me who's been living paycheck to paycheck with maybe 2k in savings. 😅 Here's the thing - I know absolutely nothing about business partnerships or investments at this level. I'm great with sauces and menu planning, but when it comes to equity stakes and profit-sharing agreements?
