Iconic NYC Diner Says Goodbye

Hector’s Cafe and Diner, a Meatpacking District legend for 76 years, is closing its doors for good this Friday. The neighborhood’s changed—meatpackers are gone, tourism’s down, and now the area’s going corporate. The Kapeloni family, who ran it for 45 years, says it’s bittersweet but time to move on. The space will soon become housing and public space. If you want one last bite, you’ve got just days left! #Food #NYC #HectorsDiner
