Philly Sushi Spot Busted by Inspectors

Did you hear Samurai Japanese Restaurant in Center City just got flagged for a bunch of health code violations? Inspectors found unlabeled food containers, flour covered with cardboard (not a lid!), broken cold units, and some seriously questionable cleaning habits. There was even grease and food gunk everywhere—yikes! Management has to fix all this ASAP or risk losing their license.
