Walmart’s Sneaky Self-Checkout Crackdown

I do self checkout because I don't like to interact with the rude cashiers

I will never shop inside walmart again. I will continue to order and have them delivered. Atleast someone is getting paid to shop my order and bring it to me! When i do it myself im working for free and paying full price.

I don’t use the self checkout because I don’t work for Walmart.

I play cashier all the time at Walmart, but still I'm never get the invite to the employee Christmas 🎄 party!

I was ask for my ID before checking out, because baking soda came out of the bottom of the box, I tried to wipe it off, made it worse, I turned and looked for the employee watching, she came over with paper towel and cleaned the screen, as she’s returning to her post, apparently the person in her ear asked to see my idea, like a Idiot I handed her my drivers license, she held it in front of the camera on the register and handed it back to me. I continued scanning my idea, apparently they could read it or something she asked for my ID again, took a picture again. I should have walked out and left the items there, after I thought about this on the way home, I realized that invasion of my privacy., they had no right to my ID , I hadn’t even finished checking out. If I used a credit card and it had been denied, I might could understand, the need to see my ID ? I thought about talking to a lawyer regarding my rights to privacy, what are y’all thought on this?

They should discount or purchase 20%at self check checkout

Apparently, when I pump my own gas at a gas station I work for that place!! Don't hear anybody crying about that!! Where's my discount for pumping my own gas or filling up my own soda at McDonald's? What a bunch of WHINERS!!

You do self checkout, get everything properly bagged, then at the door they want your receipt and go through your bags.

Also, do you really think we get paid enough to listen to customers complaining. And on holidays…we don’t get paid anything extra. We would love to stay home enjoying our families instead of working for rude, complaining customers.
