Miralax is the best prep

I have an extra long Colon. I start clear liquids about 3 to 4 days before. I mix Miralax in a gallon jug with Gatorade. I drink that on Saturday along with plain water, jello and broth. Sunday I drink another gallon of the mix and try to drink just water and or sprite after 7pm. you will pee and poo a lot. by the time Sunday night Monday morning(day of procedure) I am clean as a whistle. I like the Miralax because it is tasteless and not thick. won't make you nauseous #ColonoscopyPrep
