I used to think “soft makeup” meant looking clean. But now I realize—they’re not the same. Some looks use soft colors but blur the features so much, everything feels hazy. Others use bold shades but sculpt the face clearly. It’s not about intensity—it’s about clarity. And using all the same shade (like matching blush, lip, shadow exactly) doesn’t equal harmony.
