Airline's hotel experiment went very wrong

Allegiant Airlines thought they could make money running hotels. They spent $720 million building a fancy Florida resort, then had to sell it for only $200 million after just one year. Even charging $284 per night, they were bleeding cash. Now a big investment firm bought it cheap. This makes me wonder - will we see better deals on resort stays, or will these Wall Street buyers just hike up prices even more? What's your take on vacation costs lately? #Business #travel #vacation
