I'm Lost - How Do Others Find Their Golden Career Path? 😭

Hey everyone, I'm really struggling here and need some perspective 😔 I've been grinding in corporate for three years, thinking I'd climb the ladder to executive level. But I keep watching people around me pivot into completely different fields and suddenly they're making bank! Like my coworker Sarah just left to start a food truck and now she's opening her second location. Another guy from my department became a freelance consultant and doubled his salary 💰 Meanwhile, I'm still here doing the same tasks, feeling like I'm missing some secret roadmap to success. I thought the traditional path was supposed to work - get good grades, land a corporate job, work hard, get promoted. But it feels like everyone else knows something I don't about finding their true calling that actually pays well 🤷‍♀️ How do you even discover what you're passionate about AND what makes money?
