Hey everyone, I'm really struggling here and need some advice. Yesterday my manager sent me this email listing all the mistakes I've made over the past month. But here's the kicker - at the end, she asked me to confirm that I made these errors "despite adequate training and feedback." 😟 I can't shake the feeling that this is some kind of trap. Like she's building a case to fire me and wants me to basically sign my own termination papers. Part of me wants to keep my job, but honestly? I'm so burned out that maybe a break wouldn't be the worst thing. Should I respond and admit to the mistakes? Or would that be career suicide? I'm torn between being honest and protecting myself.
