Medicare Premiums Set to Jump—Plan Ahead!

Heads up if you’re on Medicare: monthly Part B premiums could leap to $206.50 in 2026, the biggest jump in a decade. That means more of your Social Security check goes to healthcare, not coffee runs or grandkid gifts. Why? More pricey treatments are moving to outpatient care, and Medicare Advantage plans are getting more popular (and expensive). Best move: start budgeting now, shop around during open enrollment, and look for local tax breaks to soften the blow. #Business #Medicare #RetirementPlanning

When your on a fixed income and everything goes up yearly, phone, cable, light bills, Medicare premiums, , it just creates more poor people. There should be no more tax’s to people 65 and over .

All the good Doctors are quit seeing Medicare patients. What will Medicare do about that? Proven fact your teeth are directly related to your overall health. But Medicare doesn’t have dental. Let’s face it y’all you work all your life. And think l can’t wait to retire and then you realize the treatment, lack of care and costs related to no longer having good health and commercial health insurance. And you wish you could work again. Keep them down and out…..aging in the US sucks

Medicare premiums have been increasing about 6-7% every year and our COLA‘S is 2.5%. How is it possible for our COLA to be Medicare premiums have been increasing about 6-7% every year and our COLA are 2.5%. How is it possible that our COLA’s are so low and Medicare increases are so high. I think some congressional and senators benefits need to be cut.

I wish there was a way where we could pay as we use it instead of monthly. I visit Dr 2x per year. Medicare pays about 100.00 total after I pay the first 244.00. $100.00! and I pay over $2200.00 a year for medicare.

We should not have to pay taxes after 65, we should not have to pay for Medicare after 70.

I have worked my whole life for the government to just keep taking it. I shouldn't have to pay anything to be covered by Medicare

when you are on a fixed budget how the heck do you plan a budget when your medical premiums are going up at least 25 a month??? the only place this increase will come up is my groceries. ready my increase won't even be 25. if I figured this right I'll get a 17 a month increase I don't even get 900 a month. I've been on Medicare for almost 8 years.
