Adopted One Cat, Got a Whole Family

Last night, I thought I was doing a good deed by bringing home a stray cat I found outside my apartment. She was sweet, purring, and clearly in need of a safe place. Fast forward to this morning: I woke up to five tiny surprises. Turns out, my new roommate was pregnant and decided my laundry basket was the perfect delivery room. Now my living room looks like a feline maternity ward, and I’m Googling things like “how to care for newborn kittens” and “how many cats is too many cats?” (Spoiler: five is a lot.) I went from zero to cat parent of five overnight. If anyone has tips for surviving this adorable chaos, please send help (and maybe more cat food). #Pets #Cats #CatLife

Thank you so much for caring! I'm not sure what advice I can give you that you don't know....I have 3 lots 5 litter boxes and 2 feeding stations. I put a tracker on their collar when they go outside and few hours off and on at a time. Lots of playing, pets and love.

Lots of comfy sleeping places preferably higher up, keep cat box clean as possible, get lots of toys and play with cats often, my cats loved there water fountain, try to stick to a feeding schedule , get cats spayed or neutered & enjoy your little furry family! 😻😻😻

Get the data vetted, shots important to protect them. They need to be spayed/ neutered. Should be inside only for a long healthy life

Momma will do most of the work. She'll just need a break a few times a day. Make sure that she's getting good food, put out kibble for her to eat anytime, and give her wet food at least once a day. When the babies get their eyes open, cuddle them, play with them and enjoy their hilarious fun! Get them used to human contact, touch, love, get them to associate good things from humans. Wet food, treats, toys, cuddles, love, security, safety. The rewards that they give you are immeasurable ---- Unconditional Love, knowing your feelings, protecting you. ❤️
