Bacterial attack🦠! Be sure to bring alcohol wipes to class to disinfect your core bed. There's always sweat from the previous Pilates practitioner on it I know it sounds a bit disgusting, so you have to clean it up ^_^ #Pilates #BacteriaWorries #HealthTips
