Lost 3 massive bass because my knots kept slipping when setting the hook - so frustrating! Switched to this knot and haven't had a single failure since. Takes practice but way easier than fisherman's knots and less annoying than Palomar with treble hooks. when using this knot make darn sure you get it wet before you tighten it. a little spit works wonders. why because when you pull down to tighten the you won't be frailing the knot and losing your fish.
