First time catching trout - they died so fast! 😭

Had no idea trout were so fragile! Caught my first ones today but they died within seconds of being out of water. Guess I need barbless hooks and to keep them wet next time. Any catch and release tips for a beginner? 🎣 #fishing #TroutFishing #CatchAndRelease #FishingTips
