Everyone says to see Reynisfjara from Dyrhólaey. My friend called it a 'good view.' That’s an understatement. Standing there, the wind didn’t just slap my face—it got under my skin. The black sand stretched out like something from another planet, and the ocean looked like it could swallow anything. I thought I’d feel awe, but mostly I felt small. Not the poetic kind—just exposed, like I’d wandered into a place that didn’t care if I was there or not. I took a photo, but it felt dishonest to post it. Some places don’t want to be turned into memories. Some views are too much for a phone screen. #TravelConfessions #IcelandUnfiltered #PlacesThatChangeYou #Travel
