I stood by Jacob Hamlin Arch, the kind of place that should make you feel epic. The rocks are older than memory, the silence is thick, and the light does that thing where it makes everything look like a movie. I thought I’d feel awe, or at least peace. Instead, I just felt small—like the kind of small that doesn’t make you braver, just honest. No one tells you that sometimes the view is incredible and you’re still carrying whatever you brought with you. I smiled for the photo, but the truth is, I was just hoping the wind would blow something loose inside me. It didn’t. Not that day. #Travel #TravelConfessions #UnfilteredJourneys
