Just caught my first wahoo!🐟

Finally hooked one of these bad boys offshore last weekend! Been hearing about wahoo for years but never actually tasted one until now. The meat is incredible - firm and flaky like chicken or swordfish, but with this clean, mild flavor and hint of sweetness. Grilled it up with just sea salt and olive oil and it was perfect. My fishing buddy swears by pineapple salsa with jalapeños and cilantro on top - the sweet and spicy combo sounds amazing with wahoo's mild taste.
