Heated up a skillet with a thin layer of oil and cooked each side for about 4 minutes until the crust turned golden. The fish stayed super mild and flaky inside. For a twist, I sometimes use blackening seasoning and throw it on the grill for that smoky flavor. Baking works tooβjust brush with lemon butter and let the oven do the work.
