Should I Stay or Go? My Office Dilemma 🤔

Every morning, I stare at my computer screen, wondering if today will be any different. My boss piles on last-minute projects, my coworkers whisper behind closed doors, and promotions seem to go to everyone but me. Is this just how work is supposed to be, or am I missing something? Lately, I’ve started questioning if I should just quit and find a new path. But what if the next job is just as bad—or worse? The uncertainty keeps me up at night.
