Promoted, But Still Waiting for My Raise and Title?

So, three months ago, my boss told me I was being promoted to a new, more challenging role. I was excited—finally, a chance to do work that actually matches my skills! But here’s the catch: I still haven’t received my promised raise, official title, or even a job description. Every time I ask, my boss says HR is handling it, but HR might as well be a ghost. I love what I do, but I’m stuck in limbo—doing harder work for the same entry-level pay, with no idea what’s actually expected of me. It’s exhausting not knowing where I stand, and it’s starting to wear me down. Has anyone else dealt with this?
