So there I was, minding my own business when this soaked furball appears at my door like some sort of feline guilt trip. The audacity of this cat to be adorable AND pathetic simultaneously should be illegal. Gave her a bath because I'm apparently incapable of basic self-preservation. She purred the entire time like she was getting a spa treatment, not emergency hypothermia prevention. My two other cats watched from the doorway with what I can only describe as judgmental betrayal. Now she's curled up on MY blanket, and I'm googling "signs you're becoming a crazy cat lady" at 2 AM. My bank account is crying. My dating life was already questionable with two cats, but three? That's entering legendary territory. But look at that face. She knows exactly what she's doing. We're keeping her, aren't we?
