Looking back, I wish someone had told me how powerful it is to actually talk to your professors outside of class. During my first year, I was too shy to go to office hours, but once I started, my grades and confidence soared! Another tip: don’t buy every textbook right away—wait and see which ones you’ll really use. Also, meal prepping saved me so much time and money (plus, I avoided the dreaded cafeteria food burnout).
