My Ex’s New Family Wants My Kids—But I’m Freaking Out! 😱

Lately, my life feels like a never-ending soap opera. My ex-husband just moved in with his new partner and her kids, and now he wants our children to stay overnight at their place. The kids are thrilled, but my anxiety is through the roof—especially since my middle child has special needs and needs extra care. I tried to reach out for a simple chat with his new partner, just to make sure we’re all on the same page. But my ex shut me down completely. To make matters worse, I don’t even know their address! How am I supposed to sleep at night not knowing where my kids are or who’s watching them? Has anyone else been through this? How did you deal with the fear and the unknowns?
