Kroger Walkouts: Why Your Store’s Closed

Ever showed up to grab groceries and found the doors locked? That’s what happened to Kroger shoppers this week after workers walked out over low pay and tough schedules. Four stores had to close on the spot! It’s a reminder that the folks stocking your shelves are fighting for better pay and hours. If you want to avoid surprise store closures, consider shopping earlier in the week or checking store updates online before heading out. #KrogerStrike #MoneyLifehacks #GroceryShopping #Business #LocalBusiness

I talked to some of the employees in my local Kroger the biggest problem is they don’t get enough hours because Kroger keeps their hours low so they don’t have to pay benefits

when you come to work at Kroger you are explained everything when you got hired when the store is slow they cut your hours when the store is busy you get more hours if you're a part-time employee all the part-time employees are offered insurance vision Dental 401k Union operated in the way I look at it if you don't like it don't come to work there if you don't like shopping there don't come there's no need in being unsatisfied when you come to Kroger we have a host City that left the shop there wouldn't go anywhere else and we're one of the top selling ones in Georgia so I don't want to hear about people saying it's not a good place to work it's the best job I've ever had and I'm proud to be a Kroger employee

Kroger stiffed us during the pandemic and are repeating themselves. They jacked up prices of milk, bread, eggs, and butter! S rew them. I only buy the digital sales!🙏
