Why Does Everyone Think I’m the Boss, But No One Listens to Me?

I landed a team lead role at a new company, and honestly, I thought it would feel more rewarding. Instead, I feel like I’m wearing a badge that says “leader” but nobody actually sees me that way. The weirdest part? My team barely acknowledges my ideas in meetings. It’s like I’m invisible unless something goes wrong.
