Is Quitting Without Notice Career Suicide?

I’m at my breaking point. Every morning, I drag myself into the office, feeling like I’m walking into a lion’s den. My job drains me so much that even the thought of surviving two more weeks feels impossible. Here’s the kicker: I actually have another job lined up, but it doesn’t start until August. I want to leave on good terms, but I’ve maxed out my callouts—one more and I’m out the door anyway. Would quitting without notice really haunt me forever in this industry?
