Is It Just Me, or Did My Team Forget I Exist?

Lately, I feel like I'm shouting into the void at work. I used to think being a manager would mean people would naturally listen to me, but it turns out, that's not the case at all. 😅 Sometimes, I share ideas or give feedback, and it’s like I’m invisible—my team just keeps doing their own thing. It’s honestly starting to get to me. I’m young and new to this, so maybe I’m missing something obvious? Has anyone else felt this way? How do you actually get your team to recognize your role without coming off as pushy?
