Lately, I feel like I'm shouting into the void at work. I used to think being a manager would mean people would naturally listen to me, but it turns out, that's not the case at all. 😅 Sometimes, I share ideas or give feedback, and it’s like I’m invisible—my team just keeps doing their own thing.
