After practicing Pilates, I gained weight

I’ve been doing Pilates on and off for a year, and I’m actually gaining weight! I’m so confused. Pilates doesn’t seem to burn many calories. Every time I finish a session, I’m not that tired, but I get super hungry and end up eating more. So, I’ve gained a bit of weight. Should I keep doing it or not? #Help #Pilates
