Close Call at the Intersection: A Lesson I Won't Forget

I need to get this off my chest. This just happened and I’m still shaking. I almost caused a serious crash at a green light while trying to turn left. I couldn’t see past the car in front of me, but when the light turned yellow, I hit the gas, thinking it was clear. Suddenly, a car appeared out of nowhere. Somehow, I made the turn safely, but it could’ve ended so badly. I’m sitting in my school parking lot, realizing how one rushed decision could change everything.
