A few years ago, I was caught up in chasing superficial goals, wanting to be with as many women as possible and envying flashy lifestyles. But after a moment of self-realization, I turned to meditation and started letting go of those empty desires. Now, I see women with deep respect and cherish the idea of a soulful connection over fleeting lust.
