Coming to terms with not driving has been tough. I just don’t have the attention, patience, or spatial awareness for it, and honestly, the thought of getting behind the wheel fills me with dread. Living in the suburbs, relying on my parents for rides is embarrassing, but risking someone’s safety isn’t worth it. After years of anxiety and even an ADHD diagnosis, I still panic just thinking about driving. Now, I’m focusing on finding remote work and exploring city living where driving isn’t a must. If you’re in the same boat, know you’re not alone. What’s your experience been like? Drop your thoughts below! #MentalHealthJourney #ADHDAwareness #LifeWithoutDriving #Cars
