Facing Yourself: The Key to True Change

Been thinking a lot about this one lately. Thought I'd share. Bob Proctor once said, "You are the only problem you will ever have and you are the only solution." This really hit home for me. There have been times when I blamed outside circumstances for my struggles, but deep down, I knew the real work was within.
