My parents loves this place so much we celebrated Mothers Day AND Fathers Day here. Delicious Italian food! But also, they love the generous freebies -- house bread, fried corn-bread appetizer, panna cotta. Thank you. It really goes a long way to make it a really good time for us. The service has always been kind and attentive, and we never felt rushed. They have a backroom that's more ambient and quiet, but it only opens after 5 or 530pm. Parking is OK but I was always able to find street parking. Food: - We love the free bread here and the sundried tomato sauce. So good. It starts off the meal very well. - Salmon Pasta - yummy smoked salmon. The fish eggs are a nice touch to make it more textually interesting! Mom's favorite. - Frutti di Mare - Seafood pasta with mussels, clams, shrimp. Really chewy al dente noodles. Dad's favorite. Probably my favorite too! - Gnocchi Sorrentina - Sausage, Mozzarella -- Their gnocchi was pillowy soft. The mozzarella was so fresh and delicious. - House made Rigatoni with Sausage - this is kinda similar to the above gnocchi but with less tomato sauce. I prefer the chewier texture of the Rigatoni! - Fungho Pizza (Mushroom, Truffles) - Great but no truffle flavor! But fortunately for Fathers Day I got him some italian truffle oil. With it added, it was delicious. And my truffle oil wasn't even the fancy kind! Please actually have truffle flavors on this pizza! - Marinara Pizza. Simple, they nailed it. The crust here is more doughy and medium-thick. It holds up well and tasted fresh out of the oven. - Tiramisu dessert - pretty sweet, just okay even as a big tiramisu lover. I preferred the: - Affogato! Ice cream with espresso. It's just really good. Petite.
