Found a Tiny Stowaway in My Engine

This morning, I popped my car hood and nearly had a heart attack—two big eyes stared back at me from the engine bay. Turns out, a tiny kitten had decided my car was the perfect Airbnb for the night. Not sure if it was the warmth or just a bad sense of direction, but I spent the next 20 minutes trying to coax her out with leftover chicken. She finally emerged, covered in grease and looking both terrified and offended. I’m not sure who was more shaken—her or me. Good news: she’s safe, currently napping on my couch, and has already claimed my favorite blanket. Bad news: I’m now officially a cat parent (and possibly a sucker).
