After 16 years with my boyfriend, I’m still the one footing the bills, cleaning the apartment, and basically acting like his mom. We both have good jobs now, but somehow I’m still paying most of the rent and all the bills, while he’s busy buying the latest gadgets. The cherry on top? 16 years together and your still supporting him. you should have stopped at 10 years together. sounds like he's your child and not your boyfriend. I myself I would leave him stop making payments stop doing for him period. it's time that he grows up. how old is he now? 40 some years? that is bad. if you don't leave now u will never be happy again. move on
