When Christmas Loses Its Magic as We Grow Older

When I was a kid, Christmas felt magical. The food, the laughter, the cozy feeling—even without many presents, it was special. Now, as an adult, it just feels different. I know I’ll probably spend the day at home, maybe call my grandparents, maybe cook myself something nice. But the excitement is gone.
