When Climbing the Ladder Feels Like Falling Down

I always thought getting a leadership role would feel like a victory lap, but honestly, it’s been the opposite. I landed a supervisor job right after college, and suddenly I’m leading a team of people who’ve been here way longer than me. The hardest part? No one really takes me seriously.
