The dumpsters block my view, and the narrow road means I have to inch out slowly, hoping not to startle oncoming drivers. My heart races every time I get beeped at, but I always keep my foot ready on the brake and move out as cautiously as possible. One tip that helps: I roll down my window to listen for cars I can’t see. Sometimes, I’ll even flash my lights to alert others. It’s not perfect, but it’s kept me safe so far.
