Delicious meal in 2 minutes, shout out to my Chinese friend

Took some leftover rice, added lard and soy sauce, microwaved it till it's steaming hot. Pulled it out, sprinkled some scallions on top, and boom, done! For a fancier version, just stir-fry some pork belly instead of using lard. Still gets done in under 5 minutes. #Easy cooking #Chinese cuisine #Quick meal #Easy meal
