Tourists Get Way Too Close to Baby Seal

Why do people keep ignoring wildlife rules? A video just dropped of tourists in BC getting dangerously close to a baby seal for a photo op—balancing on slippery rocks and stressing out the poor animal. Not only is this risky for both humans and the seal, but if things go wrong, the animal usually pays the price. Can we PLEASE stop treating wild animals like props?
