I’ll be honest—right now, I feel like I’m at the end of my rope. At 39, I’ve lost three jobs in a year, fallen behind on rent, and I’m struggling with anxiety and trust. It’s like I’m stuck in survival mode, afraid of everyone and everything. I feel alone, with no friends or relationships, and it’s hard to see a way out.
