is this mystery plant actually edible or did i just grow a weed?

I was poking around my garden this morning and spotted a weird, spiky green thing peeking out from under the tomato vines. At first, I thought it was just another stubborn weed, but then I remembered tossing some random seeds into the soil last spring. Surprise! Turns out, it’s a kohlrabi. I had no clue what to do with it, but after a quick search, I learned you can eat it raw or roasted. I sliced it up, tossed it with olive oil, and roasted it. It tasted sweet and crisp—totally worth the wait. Now I always label my seeds and keep a little garden journal.
