Started on January 1st this year, and meditate for one hour daily. I truly feel a new calmness in my mind. I don’t worry about things that don’t need my concern anymore. Before, when I got overwhelmed or upset, I carried those feelings for hours or even days. Now, I’m learning to let go. Meditation has helped me so much on stressful days.
