Is Quitting My Job for a Break Just a Fantasy?

Lately, I feel like my job is draining the life out of me. The endless meetings, the unrealistic deadlines, and the constant pressure to be "on"β€”it's all starting to blur together. Two weeks of vacation a year just doesn't cut it, and I find myself daydreaming about taking a real break, maybe a month or two, just to breathe again. I live with my family, so money isn't a huge concern for now. I could help out with my savings if needed. But is it reckless to quit just for the sake of my sanity? I worry about the gap on my resume and what future employers might think. Still, the thought of staying feels just as risky. Has anyone else felt trapped like this? What would you do if you were in my shoes? I could really use some advice right now. πŸ˜”πŸ’ #CareerBreak #WorkLifeBalance #JobStress #JobCareer
