Shedeur Slides to Fourth: QB Drama Unfolds

Browns fans, the QB carousel is spinning! At OTAs, Kenny Pickett is taking first-team reps, with rookie Dillon Gabriel surprisingly ahead of Joe Flacco and fan-favorite Shedeur Sanders. Stefanski seems to favor Gabriel over Sanders for now, despite some fans hoping to see the Buffaloes star climb the depth chart. With only three likely QB spots, will Shedeur even make the roster? This battle could go down to the wire! #Browns #ShedeurSanders #NFLRumors #Sports

what ego? What has he done wrong? He is a blk man with confidence and y'all are trying to attack his integrity and assassinate his character, cause y'all can't control his narrative

Shedeur is not that good. Only beat one top ranked team his entire career. That’s a joke like his self proclaimed legend status.

I’m a huge football fan and just sharing my personal take here. Over the years, we’ve seen several quarterbacks come out of college looking better than they really were because they played with elite receivers — think Manziel with Mike Evans, Fields with Garrett Wilson/JSN/Olave, and Burrow with Jefferson and Chase. Out of those, only Burrow has proven to be a top-tier NFL QB so far and even he had a far more dominant college career than Shedeur Sanders. To be honest, this wasn’t a strong quarterback draft class. Cam Ward was probably the most talented of the group, and while guys like Dart, Milroe, and Gabriel were solid, none of them had legendary college résumés. Yet they were all drafted ahead of Sanders. Why? I think it’s risk. Sanders didn’t participate in the Combine, the East-West Shrine Bowl (beyond attending), or the Senior Bowl. He also never played in a New Year’s Six bowl, a College Football Playoff game, or even a Power 5 conference championship and outside of his time at Jackson State, he didn’t win a bowl game. That pre-draft process was a missed opportunity to prove himself. On top of that, while his skill set is serviceable, it’s not exceptional. Add in concerns about his personality turning off fans and his father’s media presence, and it’s easier to see why teams passed. There’s talent there, but there are also a lot of question marks.

It all boils down to who's getting paid more and the Browns not gonna admit they were wrong by choosing Gabriel first. But they can't hide because the cameras are watching and from all reliable sources Sanders is the best and camp this far.

none of this has anything to do with race, look how many african american qbs run the league right now with millions of people of every race buying their jerseys rooting them on at their games.Until we can have a convo about normal sports shit or anything else for that matter without mentioning race in a negative manner this shit will remain the way it is with the hate being thrown at your own brothers and sisters while they(the ones benefitting from the division) sitting in tbe background continuing to line their pockets and watch the rest of the population do their bidding for them for free. Its ok to not agree about the view of someones talent without it being about the young mans race.

This has nothing to do with race. This is about facts, because I'm a middle aged blk man, and the kids just isn't as talented as most people think he is. Hunter just made plays to make him look good. He definitely wasn't good under pressure. Travis Hunter was his Jerry Rice, all he had to do was throw it his was and he would go get it

Remember the Browns could’ve selected him in the second day he got on the clock, but they chose not to so something tells you there’s something going on there and something is wrong. Yeah he could be a great quarterback, but why did he fall so low because the Browns knew something was going on and he took him for cheaper cause no one wants to pay that money to himeverybody just needs to relax the season didn’t even start yet

Browns picked Sheduer knowing he was not that good, and going to use him for leverage in a future trade…
