Does anyone out there actually enjoy their job, or is it all just a big inside joke? I’m Mark, and I’ve been working as an Executive Assistant in a super corporate New York office for the past year and a half. It’s my first real job since college, and honestly, I feel like I’m drowning in endless meetings, office politics, and tasks that never seem to matter. I’ve never had a dream job, but I’d love to find something that doesn’t make me dread Mondays and still lets me have a life outside of work. Is there a middle ground, or am I just chasing unicorns?
