We should learn to bake cakes from Chinese

Chinese cakes are healthier, and we should learn from them! The cream cake I had during my trip to China in the fall was super light, with barely any sugar or oil. It was so healthy. I basically can't find this in the US! #Desserts #Chinese food #food experience
