Struggling With My Partner’s Past: Can I Find Peace?

Lately, I’ve been wrestling with the fact that my girlfriend has had more sexual partners than I have. At first, I told myself it was okay because she was only with people she cared about. But now I know she’s had casual flings too, and honestly, it hurts. I wish I didn’t feel this way, but it’s hard not to compare our values.
