Stop Workplace Bullies—Take Back Your Power!

Ever felt totally powerless in front of a boss or coworker who just LOVES to intimidate? 🙈 Yeah, me too. It’s rough—but you’re NOT alone, and you’re definitely not the problem. Here’s what I’ve learned about standing up to intimidation at work: • Don’t take it personally. Their behavior says more about them than you. ❤️ • Keep your distance when you can—less drama, less stress! • Document EVERYTHING. Seriously, keep a log of every nasty comment or unfair criticism. • Check your company’s policies—most places have rules against this stuff. • If you feel safe, assert yourself. Let them know their behavior isn’t okay. • Loop in management or HR if things don’t improve. Written statements help! • If it gets legal, reach out to your state labor office or the EEOC. • Remember: Your health comes first. If you need to move on, that’s not losing—it’s winning for YOU. 😅 You deserve respect at work. Don’t let anyone make you feel less than you are! 💪 #WorkplaceWellness #StandUpToBullies #YouMatter #Education

Bullying comes from the managers and directors, they are the ones that accept it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
