My boyfriend says he accepts my niece but he acts like he hates her🤦‍♂️🍽️

Ever since I took custody of my niece, things at home have gotten tense. My boyfriend used to be supportive, but lately, he's been moody and distant. Last week, he smashed dishes just because I forgot to empty the dishwasher—blaming me for spending too much time with my niece. Today, when she came home with a bruised knee from falling at school, he threatened to call social services on me! I tried to explain that kids get hurt sometimes, but he wouldn't listen. I'm angry, confused, and honestly, a little scared. How do you rebuild trust when your partner starts questioning your every move and invades your space? Has anyone else dealt with a partner crossing the line like this? I just want to be a good guardian, but now I feel like I'm failing everyone.
